Inviting Space Members
You can invite other people to a Space so they can view the dashboard, manage integrations, or administer the Space alongside you. Each person is assigned a role that controls what they can do.
Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control. Can manage integrations, members, billing, and delete the Space. Only one Owner per Space. |
| Admin | Can manage integrations and members. Cannot delete the Space or transfer ownership. |
| Member | Read-only access. Can view the dashboard and lead list but cannot change settings. |
Note
The person who creates the Space is automatically the Owner. Ownership can be transferred from Space Settings → Members.
Inviting someone
Open Space Settings
In the top navigation, click Space Settings.
Go to the Members tab
Select the Members tab.
Click Invite Member
Click the Invite Member button in the top right corner of the members table.
Enter their email and choose a role
Type the person's email address and select the role you want to assign — Admin or Member. Click Send Invite.
They accept the invitation
The invitee receives an email with a link. They click the link, create an account if they don't have one, and are added to the Space.
Managing pending invitations
Sent invitations that haven't been accepted yet appear in the Pending Invitations table below the members list. You can cancel a pending invitation by clicking the × button next to it.
Invitations expire after 7 days. If an invite expires, simply send a new one.
Removing a member
To remove someone from a Space, find them in the members table and click Remove. They'll immediately lose access to the Space and all its data.
Warning
Removing a member is immediate. Make sure they have copied anything they need before you remove them.
