Creating your first Space

A Space is the core unit in Greylytics. All your integrations, leads, and settings live inside a Space. When you create an account, you'll be prompted to create your first one.

Creating a Space

Sign in to Greylytics

Go to app.greylytics.com and sign in with your email and password.

Create a new Space

If you don't have a Space yet, you'll see a prompt on the dashboard. Click Create Space. If you already have Spaces, click the Space switcher in the top navigation and select New Space.

Name your Space

Give your Space a name that describes the business or brand. For example: "Acme Roofing" or "Smith Law Group". The name is visible to your Space members.

Save and open your Space

Click Create. Your new Space opens automatically and you'll be taken to the dashboard.

Your webhook secret

Once your Space is created, head to Space Settings → General to find your webhook secret. This is a unique key used to authenticate incoming webhooks from your CRM.

Warning

Keep your webhook secret confidential. Anyone with this key can send data to your Space. If you believe it's been exposed, rotate it immediately from Space Settings → General.

You'll need this key when setting up the CRM webhook.

Managing multiple Spaces

If you manage multiple clients or brands, create a separate Space for each. Spaces are completely isolated — leads, integrations, and members don't overlap between them.

You can switch between Spaces using the Space switcher in the top navigation bar.

Tip

Invite clients to their own Space rather than sharing yours. This keeps their data separate and lets them have their own Meta Ads connection.
