Understanding the dashboard
The dashboard is your main view of what Greylytics is doing. It shows how many bad leads have been received, how many have been successfully synced to Meta Ads, and whether anything needs your attention.
Overview stats
At the top of the dashboard you'll see three key metrics:
Total Leads — The total number of bad leads received from your CRM within the selected date range.
Synced — Leads that have been successfully added to your Meta Ads Custom Audience.
Failed — Leads that Greylytics tried to sync but couldn't. This usually means your Meta Ads token has expired. See Meta Ads token expiry.
Date range filter
The date filter controls which time period the dashboard shows. Options:
- Today — Leads received in the last 24 hours.
- This week — The current calendar week.
- This month — The current calendar month.
- Last 30 days — A rolling 30-day window.
- Custom — Pick any start and end date.
The filter applies to the overview stats and the lead table simultaneously.
Lead trends chart
Below the overview stats is a bar chart showing bad lead volume over time. Use this to spot trends — for example, a spike in bad leads after launching a new campaign.
Lead table
The lead table shows each individual bad lead Greylytics has received. Columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The contact's name from the CRM (may be blank if not provided). |
| Email / Phone | Contact details received from the CRM. |
| Disposition | The CRM disposition that triggered the webhook. |
| Received | When Greylytics received the lead. |
| Status | The Meta Ads sync status. |
Click any row to open the lead detail modal, which shows the full raw data received from the CRM and the complete sync history for that lead.
Meta Ads alerts
If your Meta Ads token is near expiry or has expired, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard. Click the Reconnect link in the banner to go directly to Space Settings and reconnect.
Warning
A red banner means your token has already expired. New leads are not being synced. Reconnect immediately to restore suppression.
